Service is our specialty, we provide both phone/remote support and on-site service to all of our customers. Our services run Monday through Friday from 8:00AM MST to 5:00PM MST. Packages
ESSENTIALS
The essentials package comes with just that, the necessary essentials. There is 24/7 Remote monitoring, automated desktop optimizations, anti-virus / anti-malware programs, and we'll email reports on your server, computers, and networks. We'll also help you plan for your hardware life cycles with recommendations and planning in the future.
REMOTE
The Remote package builds upon the Essentials package. We'll help you with security administration an give you the remote technical support necessary during our regular business hours.
UNLIMITED
The Unlimited package builds upon the Essentials package. This package is the ideal package for most offices. Not only do we provide remote technical support, but we'll also provide on-site service during company hours, wrapped up in the package.
